We will not use any personal data for any purpose other than as described on this site and we will use it solely in connection with the Steep allotments and Steep War Memorial Village Hall land and the proposed development for housing. We will not disclose such data to any third party other than possibly in the case of responses received to the petition, where we may call on an independent adjudicator solely to verify the number of responses received. Any data collected over which we have control will be deleted on request.
